Tollygunge Golf Club

It is merely 9 kms from the metropolitan and is a half an hour drive from Chowringhee Road. The Club is spread over an area of 100 acres. The Tollygunge Metro Station is closest metro station nearby the club. 

The club was established by Sir William Cruikshank as an equestrian facility in 1895 with a motto to endorse all sports related activities. It is equipped with a club house which is 200 years old. He club grounds has host of special collection of flowering trees and plants which are imported from Oceania, which in turn provides a natural space for a variety of exotic birds.
